Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Position : Sr. Analyst (Quality Assurance)

Location : Mumbai

Reporting - QA Team Lead

Purpose - Quality Assurance of data collection and client deliverables

Type - Hybrid - 3 days in office

Key Responsibility Areas

Data processing, Data validation, analysis and report generation

Tabulate survey/market research data using tools such as Excel, SPSS is must

Create cross-tabulations, frequency tables, and custom tab layouts based on project specifications

Apply quality checks at each stage of data processing to maintain data integrity.

Work with visualization/reporting teams to ensure data outputs align with reporting needs.

Automate repetitive processing tasks using scripts/macros where possible.

Adherence to project timelines and ensure high quality output

Supporting functional team lead in internal administration and project work

Leading internal development projects and process improvement initiatives

Mentoring and training juniors within the team

Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.

Make sure the captured data meets the conditions by writing SPSS syntax for data validation.

Skillsets

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point.

Good knowledge of SPSS with Validation syntax/script writing and tabulation.

knowledge of Office reports would be an advantage.

Knowledge of automation/process improvement would be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of SQL.

Experience and Education

Bachelors Degree in statistics / mathematics / engineering / computer applications.

Post-graduation in marketing would be an advantage.

2+ years of experience in market research as an Analyst/Sr. Analyst would be preferred.

Good understanding and Knowledge of quality assurance practice.
