This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Quality Analyst. The Senior Quality Analyst will oversee the implementation and management of quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-standard services. Responsibilities include analyzing project workflows, identifying areas for improvement, creating testing processes, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also involves report generation and offering solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
