Job Summary

Lead and manage the quality function to ensure all footwear products meet company and customer standards through robust systems, process control, and team excellence.

Quality Assurance, Footwear, Quality Control

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards.
Define and monitor quality KPIs, driving continuous improvement across production and sourcing.
Lead, train, and motivate the QA/QC team to uphold quality standards.
Oversee audits and inspections from raw materials to finished goods.
Approve materials and samples ensuring compliance with specifications.
Manage customer complaints using root cause and corrective action methodologies.
Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to resolve and prevent quality issues.
Audit and manage suppliers/vendors for consistent quality performance.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to international safety and testing standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Technology or related field with 10+ years’ QA leadership experience in footwear manufacturing. Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, and QA tools (RCA, Lean Six Sigma etc.) essential.
