Senior QA Engineer ? IGA Platform

About the Role We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality delivery across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) modules. The ideal candidate combines technical automation depth, analytical problem-solving, and domain expertise ?with hands-on experience in Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar IGA/IAM platforms . Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end quality for assigned IGA modules (Provisioning, Lifecycle Management, Access Reviews). Design and maintain UI and API automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, and Playwright . Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket) with tagging, reporting, and quality gates. Perform deep analysis and debugging of functional, API, and performance issues using logs, traces, and observability tools (Datadog). Collaborate with Product, Dev, and DevOps teams to ensure release readiness, RCA on production issues, and automation-first adoption . Identify test gaps, optimize regression coverage, and continuously improve QA processes and test visibility . Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and framework enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 5?7 years of QA experience , including 3+ years in Python-based automation . Hands-on expertise in Robot Framework , Playwright , and API testing (REST, JSON) . Proven experience testing Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) solutions ? strong understanding of Provisioning, Lifecycle Management (LCM), Access Requests, Role Management, and SSO/SAML . Excellent analytical and debugging skills ? ability to isolate, reproduce, and analyse complex issues across multiple systems. Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying defects, data mismatches, and flow inconsistencies . Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Bitbucket, AWS pipelines) and test management tools (Zephyr, Jira) . Familiar with observability tools (Datadog preferred) for root cause and trend analysis. Proven ability to communicate clearly , manage scope during tight release cycles, and handle stakeholder feedback constructively. Good to Have Experience in Saviynt, SailPoint , or equivalent IGA platforms. Contribution toward framework scalability , flaky test reduction , or pipeline optimization . Experience testing SaaS or microservices-based applications .
