We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, scripting, and continuous integration practices. You will play a key role in ensuring software quality by developing automated tests, improving test strategies, and working closely with developers and QA teams. Only candidates currently residing in Gurugram, or those willing to relocate, will be considered Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing. Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.). Work closely with developers and QA teams to identify test cases for automation. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar test management tools. Perform performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure best practices in automation testing. Continuously improve automation test coverage and efficiency Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. [6+] years of experience in test automation and quality assurance. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI. Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based test automation tools and frameworks for validation of LLM-driven applications. Strong expertise in AI-assisted test case generation , self-healing locators, and intelligent defect detection. Proven ability to leverage AI-powered testing techniques (prompt validation, model behavior testing, anomaly detection) to accelerate quality at scale. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.). Experience in working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.). Knowledge of containerization and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc.).
