About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Analyst (Senior Software Tester) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-powered fintech applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into comprehensive testing strategies. Your work will directly impact thousands of users around the globe by ensuring our solutions meet the highest quality standards before release.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and performance issues.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data teams to ensure product quality.
Perform regression testing to confirm stability after updates.
Able to understand Automation Frameworks, Modify existing Automated Tests, Execute and Maintain the Automated tests.
Knowledge of performance and load testing to assess system responsiveness is advantageous
Collaborate with QA Lead, Provide clear and concise reports on Automation progress, Testing progress, defect resolution, and quality metrics.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in software testing, ideally in fintech, AI, or startup environments.
Good knowledge testing Web APPs, Mobile APPs, AI Apps and Back end Core API components.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automated).
Worked with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation or any similar coding knowledge
Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Experience with Genexus and/or Genexus Test will be a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and in a remote, cross-timezone team
