Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable Python code using industry best practices. Work extensively with Python data types: lists, tuples, sets, dictionaries, strings , etc. Use functions, classes, decorators, modules, and packages to structure code effectively. Work extensively with NumPy ndarrays ? develop and optimize code using NumPy arrays, broadcasting, vectorization, and ufuncs. Use Pandas for data loading, cleaning, manipulation, reindexing, merging, joining, and reshaping. Optimize data pipelines and perform grouping, aggregation, and time-series operations using groupby() and related functions. Required Skills Minimum 7 years of hands-on Python development experience. Strong understanding of Python OOP , modules, packages, and import mechanisms. Expertise in NumPy with solid understanding of ndarray internals: dtype, shape, size, deep vs. shallow copy. Expertise in Pandas for high-performance data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis. Strong understanding of DataFrame operations , indexing, slicing, and reshaping. Experience with ORM frameworks and good grasp of both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms.
