Salary: ₹12.5 LPA – ₹20 LPA

Notice Period: 15–30 Days Preferred

Role Overview

In this role, you will design and build scalable automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation solutions using Python
• Apply strong OOP principles and design patterns in development
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming experience with OOP concepts (Python / Java / C++ / C#)
• Willingness to work in Python (if coming from other languages)
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of design patterns and coding best practices
• Good communication skills in English

Good to Have

• Experience with defect tracking/management tools
• Hands-on experience with Git, SVN, or similar repositories
• Familiarity with Eclipse or other IDEs
