Technical Expertise

Expertise in Tally ERP 9 & should have knowledge in Procurement documentation.

Knowledge in MS Office & MS Excel Macro, Micro Level

Job Description [Ownership Profile]

• Knowing the requirements from factory for production.
• Sending enquiries to the suppliers and collecting the quotations.
• Check for the market prices for the required material.
• Reasonable Negotiating for the Rates of Materials to Purchase.
• Making analysis to make a view on received prices.
• Decision-making for the purchases is the best part.
• Preparing Purchase Orders and follow-up.
• Following up with suppliers and transporters until the material reached to the factory.
• Sourcing and development of Vendors and domestic Transporters
• Clearing an issues of logistics in immediate care.
• Checking and maintaining the status of Stocks in Stores.
• Maintaining MIS and Sourcing for the Suppliers and Raw Materials.
• Preparing payments for suppliers and transporters.
• Import Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
