Project Planning & Execution

• Lead full project lifecycle management from concept and design development through procurement, construction, and handover.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules (WBS, Gantt charts), ensuring alignment with contractual timelines.
• Establish project budgets, monitor cost performance, and implement corrective actions to prevent cost overruns.
• Conduct detailed kick-off meetings, define scopes of work, and set clear milestones for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate construction activities with civil, MEP, IT, AV, and interior disciplines to ensure seamless integration.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and MIS to senior management and clients.
• Manage change orders, scope variations, and client-driven amendments with proper documentation.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project engineers, site supervisors, and coordinators.
• Identify, onboard, and manage sub-contractors and vendors; evaluate vendor performance regularly.
• Oversee procurement activities, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely material procurement aligned with project schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits and walkthroughs to monitor workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce stringent quality management systems and conduct periodic quality audits across all project phases.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols on all project sites.
• Oversee snag list management, ensure resolution prior to client handover, and obtain necessary occupancy/completion certificates.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation including drawings, approvals, BOQs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Prepare, review, and approve interim payment certificates, progress billings, and final accounts.
• Track and manage project risks through structured risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings and O&M manuals at project close-out.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.Tech or MBA in Construction/Project Management preferred.

Experience: 12–18 years of progressive experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role on civil and interior projects.
