Senior Project Manager, RD Project & Program Management

• Lead cross-functional product developments, coordinate project activities
• Ability to inspire and motivate project team members
• Ensure planned project activities are executed timely to meet the production start schedule, complying with approved project budget and scope, meeting required quality
• Professionally manage requirement change requests, risks, use of tools such as FMEA
• Maintain close co-operation with (internal) customers and suppliers during development
• Align with Engineering, Marketing and Product Management to meet customer requirements
• Timely escalation of issues and risks to Management and take ownership to resolve issues
• Assertive and entrepreneurial mindset 

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 10 years’ experience in industry, preferably in semiconductor industry
• Experience in leading complex multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
• Experience in Configuration Management and change request tracking tools
• Experience in automotive development is preferred
• Experience in Analog or Digital Design of IC is welcome
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong organizational skills
• Team player/driver
• Proficient in English, written and verbal
