Job Description : This role if of 14 - Month contractual period .Based on Performance, there is a opportunity for full time position.

About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation coding assessment modules for early-career and experienced hiring. You will lead end-to-end product strategy, from ideation to delivery, for core technical assessment experiences across multiple languages, frameworks, and roles.

Key Responsibilities: ● Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for coding assessments (e.g., front-end, back-end, full-stack, SQL, DevOps).

● Collaborate with engineering, UX, content, and data science teams to build scalable and reliable assessment experiences.

● Conduct deep market and user research to identify product gaps and emerging trends.

● Own product KPIs like assessment completion rate, candidate satisfaction, and enterprise adoption.

● Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to define GTM and drive product adoption.

● Prioritize features and tech investments using data, impact, and business value.
