Description and Requirements We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive experience in SAP program and project management, including end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or rollouts. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and delivery expertise to ensure the successful execution of multi-year SAP transformation programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Develop and execute the program strategy, roadmap, and governance model aligned with business objectives. Oversee project managers, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business, and integration partners). Drive program planning, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution. Manage stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business users, and IT teams, ensuring transparency and alignment. Establish and monitor KPIs, progress dashboards, and status reports for program governance. Ensure integration of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Analytics, etc.) with business processes. Partner with system integrators, vendors, and internal teams for successful delivery. Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition. Promote best practices, Agile/Hybrid delivery methods, and continuous improvement within the SAP program. Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 15+ years of professional experience in SAP program/project management, with at least 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA programs. Proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi-country SAP programs. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration with business functions. Deep understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Exceptional stakeholder management, executive reporting, and negotiation skills. Strong financial management and budgeting expertise. Certifications in PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations. Exposure to SAP Activate methodology. Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies (BTP, Fiori, Analytics Cloud, RISE with SAP). Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Utilities, etc.). Global program leadership experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models.
