Senior Program Manager (Non-Tech)

Summary: The Program Manager, Social Innovation will support the CSR Senior Director for designing and implementing models that will help foster an ecosystem of innovative AI solutions to address pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges. This role blends strategic thinking, community engagement, and technology—especially AI—to create scalable impact across underserved populations, nonprofit ecosystems, and public sector partnerships. Extensive interaction with sponsors, CSR Council, finance teams, company?s customers, and key government ministries is required. Experience in both program management and monitoring & evaluation, including coordination with external agencies on impact assessment, is necessary. CSR, regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, demands compliance and regular program monitoring to support impact assessments, which will be a responsibility of the candidate. ? Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead initiatives that leverage emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI) to solve societal issues in education, healthcare, climate resilience, and inclusion. Collaborate with government bodies, nonprofits, academic institutions, and industry partners to co-create and scale social impact programs. Identify opportunities for social innovation, pilot new models, and evaluate their effectiveness using data-driven frameworks. Design and deliver training programs to upskill communities, especially in Tier II/III regions, focusing on digital and AI fluency. Track program outcomes, prepare impact reports, and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders. ? Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor?s or master?s degree in social sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in social innovation, CSR, or nonprofit program management. Strong understanding of AI and digital technologies as tools for social change. Proven ability to manage cross-sector partnerships and community-led initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. ? Preferred Attributes: Experience working with government or multilateral organizations.
