About Knowledge Networks
Knowledge Networks (KN) is a global AI governance, education, and recognition organization with operations in Pune, India and Reston, Virginia. Through six flagship initiatives — spanning awards, policy intelligence, certification, fellowships, and executive communities — KN convenes the leaders shaping how artificial intelligence is governed, adopted, and trusted worldwide.
About CAIO Connect
CAIO Connect is KN's invitation-only peer community and podcast for Chief AI Officers and senior enterprise AI leaders. It exists to give the executives accountable for enterprise AI a trusted, off-the-record space to exchange playbooks, benchmark progress, and shape the practice of responsible AI at scale. Our ambition is to make CAIO Connect the definitive global network for this emerging C-suite role — through curated peer circles, live and virtual convenings, a flagship podcast, and members-only programming.
The Role
We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to own the growth and operating rhythm of CAIO Connect. You will be the person who turns an emerging community into an indispensable institution — designing the programs, running the engagement engine, and building relationships with the most senior AI executives in the enterprise world. This is a builder's role with real ownership: you will shape the member experience end to end, from who we invite to how they stay engaged.
What You'll Do
▪ Grow the community. Build and execute the membership growth strategy — identifying, attracting, and onboarding Chief AI Officers and senior enterprise AI leaders across regions and industries.
▪ Design the program portfolio. Conceive and run the slate of peer programs — roundtables, peer circles, briefings, summits, and members-only sessions — that make CAIO Connect worth belonging to.
▪ Own engagement and retention. Build the operating rhythm that keeps members active and renewing; track engagement signals and intervene to deepen participation.
▪ Cultivate executive relationships. Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior members, understanding their priorities and translating them into programming and value.
▪ Power the podcast and content engine. Partner on the CAIO Connect podcast and thought-leadership content — sourcing guests, shaping themes, and converting conversations into community value.
▪ Build partnerships. Develop relationships with sponsors, institutional partners, and ecosystem players that extend the community's reach and resources.
▪ Run it like an operator. Own the calendar, budget, CRM hygiene, and metrics; report on growth, engagement, and impact, and continuously improve the playbook.
What You'll Bring
▪ 8+ years in program management, community building, executive engagement, or membership/platform growth — ideally with a senior or lead-level track record.
▪ Demonstrated experience working with and influencing enterprise leaders and the C-suite; you are credible and comfortable in front of senior executives.
▪ A proven record of building a community, network, or platform from early stage to scale — you have done this, not just studied it.
▪ Strong understanding of the enterprise AI landscape and the mandate of the Chief AI Officer; you can hold an informed conversation with the people you serve.
▪ Exceptional relationship, communication, and program-design skills, with the operational discipline to run multiple workstreams remotely and on time.
▪ Self-directed and entrepreneurial — comfortable owning ambiguous, high-visibility outcomes in a lean, fast-moving organization.
Nice to Have
▪ Experience launching or scaling an executive network, peer community, or membership organization.
▪ A relevant existing network among AI, data, or technology executives.
▪ Exposure to podcasts, events, or content programs as community-building vehicles.
Why Join KN
You will help define a brand-new C-suite category at a global organization at the center of the responsible-AI movement. The role is fully remote, high-ownership, and visible to the most senior AI leaders in the world — with a direct line to KN's founder and a mandate to build something that does not yet exist.
How to Apply
- Submit your CV and a short note on a community, network, or program you built and grew to [email protected] with the subject line “Senior Program Manager — CAIO Connect.” Knowledge Networks is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
