Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat CTC: Up to ?12 LPA Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Company Type: Product-Based Company About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our growing product team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our global customers. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to customers via email, chat, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, system, and integration issues. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues. Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base. Analyze recurring issues to suggest improvements for product stability and user experience. Ensure SLAs and response time commitments are consistently met. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2?5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role (preferably in a product-based company). Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with databases (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic scripting (Shell/Python) is a plus.
