Job Description

Role: Senior Product Owner

Seniority Level: Senior

Preferred Education: B.Tech / B.E.

Required Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze system requirements to ensure alignment with user needs and develop user journeys, mind maps, and process flows.
  • Create clear and concise user stories using INVEST techniques and define user acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Lead agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

  • Proficiency in modern tools and platforms, such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools
  • Deep understanding of User Experience Design best practices
  • Exceptional ability to simplify abstract concepts and communicate clearly
  • High-level logical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience working on enterprise-level projects with international clients
  • Knowledge of Agile estimation techniques and Gherkin scripts

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies

  • Experience with Retail, 3PL, warehousing, and logistics domains
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
  • Knowledge of product innovation and improvement methodologies
  • Experience with HR and management collaboration for organizational enhancement
  • Familiarity with B2B products and enterprise-level projects
