About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end F&B process workflows and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP and manufacturing-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business users, partners, and the product/engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
Drive requirement gathering, documentation, and validation for F&B manufacturing and ERP solutions.
Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across the F&B setup to identify gaps, enhancements, and opportunities for automation.
Evaluate the technical and functional feasibility of new features or process improvements.
Work closely with customer and partner support teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Participate in product reviews, UAT sessions, and ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

6-10 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role, preferably in the F&B or Manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in F&B/manufacturing environments.
ERP end-user or functional experience (exposure to ERP implementation or enhancement projects is an advantage).
Ability to assess technical and functional feasibility of ERP and process workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and partner teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific ERP).
Certification or training in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile methodologies.
Prior experience in handling customer-facing roles within a SaaS or product-based organization.
