Who You Are The Senior Product Manager leads the Product Life Cycle and strongly contributes to the research & development activities related to the design and development of our products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products. The individual will work with Zinnia?s Product Organization to ensure alignment with organization?s strategy and vision. What You?ll Do Lead & contribute into the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms, work with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development to commercialization. Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & thoroughly manage technical/business requirements. Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases. Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map. Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements. May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development. What You?ll Need 8+ years of experience into Product Management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment. Bachelor?s/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field Strong Background of working as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment. Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc. Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners An SME who performs work with a high degree of latitude; handles the most complex issues. Possess strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills. Can lead individual assignments & deliver with strong expertise Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional in a global team setup Experience in Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, not mandatory WHAT?S IN IT FOR YOU?
