Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:

He or she will be responsible for detailed planning and execution of new initiatives and will be required to scale and lead a team as these initiatives gain traction

The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong record to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partner with other teams to drive key mission-critical innovation programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Help in defining a product vision and strategy
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Take overall responsibility for the success of your product
• Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, and company heads
• Collect, analyse, and respond to user feedback
• Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions
• Plan new features and changes to a product
• Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders
• Create timelines and road maps for developing the product
• Create and oversee development and project management processes
• Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product
• Stay on top of the market and competitors

Key Requirements: 

• Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems
• Past experience in handling data-based and highly analytical problems
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to understand and talk technology; pro activeness in developing an understanding of various applications of technology
• Preferred Relevant experience in product development in a consumer-facing company
• Entrepreneurial spirit to growth hack and work in a dynamic environment
• Product Manager also worked as Scrum Master and should have experience in data analytics, Google Analytics, and mobile app development
