Product Team @CheQ At CheQ, we approach product building with the same philosophy that drives everything we do, creating simple, elegant solutions that delight customers while solving complex problems. We?re hiring a Product Manager ? Credit Cards to lead one of our most ambitious charters. You?ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution, from portfolio P&L and co-brand partnerships to rewards, premium benefits, and seamless app integration. Working with banks, networks, and lifestyle partners, you?ll shape India?s most aspirational credit card product. What you?ll be doing Strategy & Leadership: Define and drive the long-term strategy & positioning of the CheQ Credit Card. Identify white spaces in the Indian card market and create differentiated offerings (rewards tiers, premium features, card design innovations). Own portfolio P&L ? optimize unit economics, interchange, rewards burn, and customer profitability. Influence leadership decisions with data-backed insights on the credit-card ecosystem, competitive landscape, and consumer trends. Product Ownership Design end-to-end product roadmap: from co-brand partnerships to digital-first user experience. Own critical card features: rewards engine, lifestyle benefits (lounges, travel, insurance, concierge), and cost levers. Integrate the card seamlessly into the CheQ app experience (onboarding, spend insights, rewards redemption, servicing). Partnerships & External Relations Act as the primary product interface with issuing banks, NBFCs, and networks Drive partnerships with airlines, hotels, retail, and lifestyle brands for exclusive benefits. Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and security standards. Execution & Scaling Lead cross-functional teams (design, tech, ops, marketing) to deliver high-quality card experiences. Drive go-to-market strategy for card launch and expansion Establish KPIs: acquisition, activation, average spend per user, retention, NPS. Continuously iterate using user research, cohort analytics, and portfolio monitoring. Leadership & Mentorship Mentor junior PMs and analysts on the credit-card domain. Shape best practices for product management within the CheQ team. Be a visible thought leader internally on fintech, credit, and rewards ecosystems. What you?ll need 6?10 years in product management, with at least 3+ years in credit cards, consumer lending, or fintech/payments. Proven experience in launching and scaling a financial product (preferably a card or payments product). Expertise: Deep understanding of credit-card economics, portfolio P&L, rewards ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks. Strong grasp of the competitive landscape Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management across banks, networks, regulators, and brand partners. Strong analytical mindset with data-to-decision orientation. Excellent communication & leadership skills; ability to influence at CXO/partner level.
