Hiring: Senior– Product | Fintech | Noida (WFO)

We are hiring an experienced Product Leader for a fast-growing Fintech Financial Marketplace company.

Location: Noida

Experience: 10+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days)

Education: MBA / B.Tech Preferred

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Requirements:

• Strong Product Management experience
• Experience in Fintech / Lending / BFSI products
• Hands-on exposure to React, Node.js & AWS
• Experience working with Engineering teams on scalable platforms
• Strong understanding of Web & Mobile App journeys
• Ability to drive Product Strategy, Roadmap & Execution
• Experience in IC + Team Leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

• Own product vision, roadmap & execution
• Build and scale financial marketplace products
• Drive customer experience, conversion & engagement
• Collaborate closely with founders, business & tech teams
