What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end analysis for key product areas from hypothesis framing to insight delivery and stakeholder follow-through
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for new features, launches, and growth initiatives alongside PMs
• Design and analyse A/B experiments with statistically sound methodologies; communicate results with clarity and conviction
• Analyse user journeys, funnels, retention curves, and engagement patterns across our B2C surfaces to uncover growth levers
• Build dashboards that give the team a real-time pulse on product health and flag anomalies before they become problems
• Present findings to senior leadership translating complexity into crisp, actionable narratives

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst in a B2C consumer-facing product environment
• Hands-on, production-level SQL , you can write and optimise complex queries independently
• Solid grasp of experimentation and statistics: significance testing, confidence intervals, cohort analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar) and comfort building dashboards from scratch
• You ask 'so what?' relentlessly insight without a recommendation is half the job
