Job description: Job Description Role Purpose Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in Email security ? Proofpoint. Should have strong understanding of SPF,DKIM and DMRAC records. Should have experience in Proofpoint modules to support include Proofpoint Email Protection, Targeted Attack Protection (TAP), Proofpoint Threat Response Message Remediation (TRAP) and Proofpoint Email Fraud D?fense (EFD360) Develop and enforce email security policies, ensuring that they align with organizational and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot issues related to email filtering, security policies, and false positives/negatives in the Proofpoint. Experience in enhancing & customizing email-security solutions for the emerging threats. Investigate alerts, triage, deep dive, and come up with proper action items and remediation plans. Technical knowledge of common attacks and vulnerabilities and make sure respective defence mechanisms are in place in customer environment again most advanced cyberattacks. Should be able to create standard design document and other technical documents. Should coordinate with the vendor in case of any issues.
