Job Title: – : Senior Presales Consultant – Reconciliation & AI Solutions (BFSI) - Manager/Senior Manager
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Bangalore/Gurgaon
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned BFSI professional with strong expertise in Reconciliations, Capital Markets Operations, and Presales Consulting to drive business growth and solution innovation for leading financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise across Capital Markets, Fund Services, Custody, Middle Office Operations, and Financial Reconciliations, along with the ability to articulate technology-led transformation opportunities leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Client Stakeholders to develop compelling solution strategies, respond to RFPs, conduct client workshops, and support business development initiatives.
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities
Candidate should have 12+ years of progressive experience in BFSI
Lead end-to-end presales engagements for BFSI clients.
Understand client business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and client demonstrations.
Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, effort estimations, and solution positioning.
Partner with Sales teams to drive pursuit strategies and deal closure.
Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts
Location: Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Bangalore/Gurgaon
