🚨 Immediate Hiring | Power BI Experts | Contract Opportunity | Hosur

We are hiring on behalf of one of our prestigious global manufacturing clients in Hosur, Tamil Nadu for a high-impact Business Intelligence transformation initiative.

We are looking for 4 experienced Power BI professionals who can work closely with India-based stakeholders and global teams in Sweden to drive enterprise reporting, analytics, and dashboard transformation.

📍 Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
🕒 Contract Duration: 4–6 Months (Extendable)
🏢 Work Model: Primarily Onsite (Hybrid based on project needs)

🔹 Senior Power BI Lead – 1 Position
✔ Experience: 9+ Years

🔹 Power BI Developers – 3 Positions
✔ Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Gather and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teams
✅ Collaborate with India stakeholders and global teams
✅ Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics
✅ Build robust data models, KPIs, and advanced DAX measures
✅ Perform data integration, transformation, and optimization across multiple data sources
✅ Support UAT, deployment, user training, and technical documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards and project timelines

Must-Have Skills

✔ Microsoft Power BI
✔ DAX
✔ Power Query
✔ SQL
✔ Data Modelling
✔ Dashboard Development
✔ ETL / Data Transformation
✔ Advanced Excel Analytics
✔ ERP / SAP Data Integration
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Experience working with global stakeholders

Preferred

⭐ Manufacturing analytics experience
⭐ Exposure to European stakeholder coordination
⭐ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Data Lake, or Microsoft Fabric
