We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to grow our team in Pune, India.This team is responsible for managing the availability and reliability of Arkose Labs production systems. This role requires deep expertise in container orchestration, multi-cloud environments, and modern DevOps practices to support our rapidly scaling applications. As a Senior Platform Engineer you will be responsible for improving observability, scalability, reliability and latency of Arkose's platform, working closely with application development teams to achieve these goals. What You Will Be Doing Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms Improve our reliability by identifying and addressing gaps in our architecture, services and tooling that have a potential to cause outage Working on tooling, automation and circuit breakers that help Arkose to adapt to changing attack patterns Establish GitOps workflows and deployment automation, and configure blue-green/canary deployments Improving our OpenTelemetry-based observability stack to include more signals that can be acted upon Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized application deployment Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Must Have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure 3+ years hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments Strong experience at least one of: AWS, Azure Strong experience with high volume and high uptime services Experience with at least one of: Golang, Python Deep experience managing production Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) Knowledge of GitOps processes and Github Actions Strong skills Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Experience implementing cluster monitoring, logging, and tracing Experience with modern SaaS-based software stacks Nice To Have Experience with ScyllaDB Experience with OpenTelemetry Experience with CDN providers Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio) Experience with ArgoCD Certified in AWS (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) or Azure (DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect), Kubernetes (CKA) Why Arkose Labs?
