About The Role We are seeking a Senior Quality Test Engineer II to join our Quality Assurance team supporting Business Services, specifically the Firco Continuity product. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of performance and automation testing strategies that ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of performance and automation testing for software products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to align testing with product goals. Research and implement tools that enhance testing capabilities and improve product quality. Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency. Administer and maintain testing environments and tools. Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and document findings clearly. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing practices. Support internal and external audits through proper documentation and record retention. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement across teams. Requirements 6+ years of experience in performance testing, preferably with LoadRunner. Experience with performance and automation testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with software development life cycles and QA methodologies. Experience with shell scripting Proficiency in Python for test automation. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus. Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have) Familiarity with Grafana, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. Exposure to Agile or SAFe methodologies. Understanding of latency and scalability challenges in cloud environments. Experience with REST APIs and large data volumes Ability to diagnose system performance in Linux and Windows environments.
