About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. If you live and breathe ROAS, CTRs, and conversion funnels β€” and you know how to make every rupee of ad spend work harder β€” we want to hear from you.


If you have strong hands-on experience with at least two of the three platforms, and the hunger to master the third, you should apply as we can work something out.


What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Monitor campaign performance daily β€” track key metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates β€” and make real-time optimisations to improve results
  • Conduct audience research, build targeting strategies, and set up A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance
  • Collaborate with the content and creative team to brief ad creatives, copies, and landing page requirements aligned to campaign objectives
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring spends are on track and delivering against KPIs
  • Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients or internal stakeholders
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, ad formats, and industry best practices
  • Ability, inquisitiveness and willingness to solve issues on these platforms. We need someone who has a solution-approach attitude.


What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Proficiency in at least 2 of the 3 platforms β€” Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Candidates with experience in all 3 will be strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to read data, spot trends, and translate numbers into decisions
  • Certifications in any of the following will be a strong advantage: Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, LinkedIn Marketing Labs Certification, HubSpot or similar digital marketing courses
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and basic reporting dashboards
  • Good communication skills β€” ability to explain campaign performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders


Good to Have

  • Experience working in a digital agency environment
  • Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or lead generation campaigns
