- Non-receipt Cases (Daily)
- No-info Cases Flashing (Daily)
- CPU Productivity Support (Daily)
- Monthly Etail MIS (Monthly)
- Support to Regional Etail Manager (As Needed)
- Sunday Delivery Monitoring (Weekly)
- High Escalation Follow-up (Daily)
- Critical Codes Follow-up (Daily)
- CPU Ops Support & Interviews (Daily)
- Early Morning Processing Monitoring (Daily)
- New Office/DA Planning (As Required)
