As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can own and drive end-to-end operations with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. Role Overview The Senior Operations Manager will lead all supply chain operations including contract manufacturing coordination, third-party logistics management, inventory optimisation, and vendor development. This role requires strong execution, structured thinking, and hands-on experience in FMCG / nutraceutical / manufacturing-linked operations. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the relationship with our contract manufacturing partner, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and delivery timelines. Coordinate inward and outward operations with our third-party warehousing and logistics partners. Oversee and optimise inventory planning including forecasting, reorder levels, SKU planning, and wastage control. Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for packaging, raw materials, and operational service partners. Work closely with finance for budgeting, purchase orders, costing, and reconciliations. Create and maintain operational SOPs and tracking dashboards for visibility across procurement, production, and fulfilment. Drive continuous improvement projects to improve cost efficiency and operational reliability. Coordinate QC checkpoints across manufacturing and warehousing. Ensure compliance with documentation, certifications, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and logistics. Support new product development execution from operations and supply chain standpoint. Requirements 4?8 years of experience in operations or supply chain, ideally in FMCG, nutrition, food/beverage, or D2C brands. Strong vendor and partner management skills. Hands-on experience in production planning, sourcing, and inventory management. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, basic QC, and logistics. Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments. Working knowledge of ERP systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
