As our Operations Manager , you will be at the heart of our engine room ? ensuring everything runs like clockwork, from production to timely customer delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structure, can manage complexity with ease, and brings both analytical and people management skills. You?ll work closely with leadership to run the factory, streamline dispatches, manage inventory, and ensure the business operates with efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across production, dispatch, and logistics to ensure seamless execution. Manage factory operations end-to-end: workforce scheduling, capacity planning, workflow management. Lead inventory planning & management to maintain healthy stock levels while optimising costs. Ensure timely dispatches and deliveries , coordinating with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams. Monitor and manage P&L impact of operations , driving efficiency in cost, manpower, and process. Build and refine SOPs for manufacturing, quality checks, and last-mile execution. Implement systems and dashboards to track KPIs: delivery timelines, wastage, utilisation, fulfilment rate. Collaborate with supply chain, design, and brand teams to align production with demand. Drive a culture of accountability, process ownership, and continuous improvement within the factory team. Requirements 5?8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or factory management (D2C/fashion/ marketplace warehouse preferred). Proven ability to run factory floors , manage workforce, and optimise production lines. Strong understanding of inventory, dispatch, and logistics processes . Solid grasp of P&L levers and ability to link operational decisions to financial outcomes. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and people management skills. Command on Excel/Unicommerce to monitor operations and create reports. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while keeping an eye on detail.
