Manage End to End Time & Attendance and Leave Management for a large workforce across multiple locations.

Handle Apprenticeship registration and compliance as per statutory requirements.

Assist in Performance Management System (PMS. processes for a large employee base.

Initiate Background Verification (BGV. for new joiners.

Drive HR automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and employee experience.

Job Description
Manage Time & Attendance and Leave Management for a large workforce across multiple locations.

Oversee shift scheduling, roster planning, and ensure data accuracy in HRMS systems.

Handle Apprenticeship registration and compliance as per statutory requirements.

Assist in Performance Management System (PMS. processes for a large employee base.

Coordinate Background Verification (BGV. for new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.

Drive HR automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and employee experience.

Principal Accountabilities
Maintain accurate attendance leave records and overtime data to ensure timely payroll inputs and compliance with statutory requirementsbr Manage shift scheduling and workforce allocation effectively across large teams to optimize operational efficiencybr Assist in implementing and monitoring Performance Management System PMS processes for a large employee base ensuring alignment with organizational goalsbr Coordinate with department heads for goal setting and appraisal cycles maintaining PMS data and generating reports for management reviewbr Initiate and track background verification processes for highvolume hiring maintaining and updating the BGV Tracker for all new hiresbr Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of background verification casesbr Manage the registration of apprentices under the Apprentices Act ensuring compliance with all apprenticeshiprelated statutory requirementsbr Coordinate with government portals and maintain accurate records for audits related to apprenticeship registration and compliancebr Efficiently manage highvolume HR tickets using HRMS tools ensuring timely resolution and escalation as per defined processesbr Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for HR processes tracking and reporting SLA performance metrics to managementbr Handle smallscale HR projects related to process automation improvement and compliance collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver projects within timelines
