Job Description

Job Title: Video Producer & Editor

Location: Delhi (with extensive travel to the field)

Reports to: Senior Manager – Communications

Position Overview

The Video Producer will lead end-to-end video creation, from field shoots to final edits, enabling powerful storytelling through films, interviews, short-form content and documentation.

This role is critical for capturing on-ground impact and leadership narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production and Photography:

Plan and execute video shoots at:
Program locations
Training sessions
Events and workshop
Editing & Post-Production including basic graphic designing work:

Edit Videos For

Social media (short-form and reels)
Website and reports
Presentations and screenings
Add basic motion graphics, subtitles and sound design
Content Formats

Produce

Program short videos and documentaries
Testimonial videos
Explainer videos
Short social media clips

Equipment & Workflow

Manage camera, audio and lighting equipment Maintain organised raw footage and final outputs
Ensure timely delivery of edits

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

3–6 years of video production and editing experience
Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects (basic) / Photoshop / CorelDraw
Strong understanding of visual storytelling
Comfortable shooting independently in the field
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
