Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing, customizing, and optimizing our Odoo platform to meet evolving business needs. You will play a critical role in maintaining our existing system, developing new modules, and ensuring seamless integration across departments. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. Customize and extend existing Odoo modules (CRM, Project, Tasks, Invoicing, HR, Leaves, Attendance, Payroll, Expenses). Develop new modules and features adhering to best coding practices. Optimize system performance, ensure data security, and implement best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations and developments. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system reliability. Keep up to date with the latest Odoo updates, features, and industry trends. Requirements : Proven experience as an Odoo Developer, with deep customization experience. Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. Extensive experience with Odoo 18 or later versions. Hands-on experience with module creation, customization, and integrations. Good understanding of business processes in CRM, Project Management, HR, Payroll, and Finance. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience working with multi-country implementations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
