Desired Candidate Profile


  • Source potential candidates through various online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and contact details using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage non-IT recruitment requirements effectively, ensuring quality and timely closures.


Experience & Education


  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in permanent staffing and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
