Job Title: Senior Node.js Developer Location: (onsite) Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 10+ years Salary Range: Up to ?35 LPA and above (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join a fast-paced, technology-driven team focused on building scalable, real-time, and high-performance applications . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development using Node.js, Socket.io, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Redis , and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes . If you have hands-on experience in financial trading systems, crypto exchanges, or real-time data platforms , this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, low-latency architectures and mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js. Implement real-time communication and event-driven architecture with Socket.io, Kafka, and RabbitMQ. Manage and optimize relational and in-memory databases, including MySQL and Redis. Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance across backend systems. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless integration and optimized performance. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best coding practices. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and apply performance optimizations. (Preferred) Work with Trade Matching Engines or other financial/trading platforms. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of proven experience in backend development using Node.js. Strong expertise in Socket.io for handling real-time data and events. Proficient in MySQL and Redis database management. Hands-on experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ for event streaming and message queuing. Strong command of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Demonstrated ability to build scalable, high-performance, and resilient applications. Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial trading systems, stock exchange, crypto exchanges, or trade matching engines. Knowledge of low-latency, high-frequency trading environments. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Leadership abilities with experience mentoring or guiding development teams.
