Job Description We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer who has hands-on expertise in .NET MVC and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience working on HRMS products and a passion for delivering high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using .NET MVC, ADO.NET, and C#. Integrate front-end components with server-side logic. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards. Debug and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and bugs. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow developers. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. Stay updated with the latest technologies and development practices. Required Skills Experience working on HRMS products. Strong hands-on experience in .NET MVC (without Entity Framework), ADO.NET, and C#. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery. Experience in RESTful API development. Good understanding of SQL Server and relational databases. Experience with Git or similar version control systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud services. Experience with unit testing or TDD. Knowledge of database design concepts.
