Job Description

Salla is seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality motion content across brand, product, and marketing channels. This role is responsible for shaping a consistent motion language, delivering compelling visual storytelling, and supporting Salla's growth through impactful, well-crafted motion design.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver motion design projects for brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product communications
Develop, document, and maintain Salla's motion style guidelines and reusable motion assets
Create motion content for social media, paid advertising, website experiences, and product explainers
Design and animate product-related motion, including feature explainers, UI animations, and micro-interactions
Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to translate concepts into effective motion solutions
Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all motion deliverables

Smooth, purposeful motion with clean timing and transitions
Clear visual hierarchy and strong readability across platforms
Consistent application of Salla's brand and motion identity
Platform-optimized outputs (format, duration, size, and safe areas)
Well-organized source files and reusable, scalable assets

Ideal Canditate Profile

Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
High attention to detail with a strong focus on animation polish
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Requirements

4 to 7+ years of professional experience in motion graphics
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and preferably product/UI motion work
Strong understanding of motion design fundamentals, including timing, easing, pacing, and visual hierarchy
Proven visual storytelling and kinetic typography capabilities
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging motion narratives
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
Tools & Software Proficiency:
Adobe After Effects (primary)
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing tools
