Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Designer with 5–7 years of professional experience to conceptualize, design, and produce world-class motion graphics, animated videos, and visual storytelling content. The ideal candidate should possess strong animation principles, creative thinking, excellent design aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. The role involves close collaboration with Creative Directors, Visualizers, Copywriters, Video Editors, 3D Artists, and Client Servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Motion Design & Animation

• Develop high-quality 2D motion graphics and animation for digital campaigns.
• Create explainer videos, corporate videos, product launch videos, social
• media content, event visuals, and promotional films.
• Animate typography, infographics, icons, logos, and brand assets.
• Design engaging transitions, visual effects, and motion elements that
• enhance storytelling.
• Ensure smooth animation, timing, pacing, and overall visual quality.

Creative Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative
• concepts.
• Convert scripts and storyboards into engaging animated videos.
• Work closely with Creative and Art teams to maintain visual consistency.
• Develop style frames and animation concepts before production.

Collaboration  

• Coordinate with Graphic Designers, 3D Artists, Video Editors, UI/UX
• Designers, and Digital Marketing teams
• Support the Business Development team by creating pitch videos,
• presentations, and demo animations.
• Present creative ideas internally and, when required, to clients.

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior motion designers.
• Review animation quality before client delivery.
• Share best practices, plugins, and workflow improvements with the team.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality
• standards.

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and visual
• storytelling
• Excellent typography, composition, color, and layout skills.
• Ability to visualize concepts and execute them independently.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and optimization for multiple
• platforms.
• Excellent communication and time management skills..
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects (working knowledge)

Good to Have

• Blender
• Figma
• AI-assisted creative tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design,
• Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, production
• house, or digital agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, explainer videos, brand films,
• social media animations, and corporate communication projects.
