Senior Mobile Engineer

Job Description

We?re looking for a seasoned Senior Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who has spent the majority of their career developing and architecting scalable, high-quality mobile products across both Android and iOS. You?ll drive mobile architecture and product excellence with a focus on React Native (first preference), while experience in Flutter or native (Kotlin + Swift) development is also highly valued. Responsibilities Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter or native Android/iOS Design and implement scalable architectures, reusable components, and frameworks Participate in technical design discussions and propose solutions for complex problems Ensure best practices in state management, navigation, error handling, caching, and security Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Implement automated tests (unit, widget, integration, screenshot/golden) Optimize performance: low battery usage, memory efficiency, smooth rendering, fast cold launches Collaborate with QA for acceptance criteria and resolving issues before release Participate in code reviews and improve technical standards Work with Product, Design, Backend & DevOps for end-to-end delivery Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, and ensure stability (crash-free sessions, reduced ANRs) Support CI/CD for automated builds, tests, and deployments Requirements Skills & Competencies Expertise in Flutter or Kotlin/Swift. Strong understanding of mobile architectures (Bloc, Provider, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.). Experience in screenshot/golden testing or snapshot testing. Knowledge of API integration, sockets/real-time data, offline storage, and secure data handling. Familiarity with Firebase, Sentry, New Relic, or similar tools. Excellent debugging abilities with profilers and performance analyzers. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
