In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation. Qualifications Min exp of 6 years Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack) Backend development skills including RESTful API design and database management (SQL/NoSQL) Experience in frontend frameworks, responsive design, and modern UI/UX principles Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows Skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of web applications Familiarity with cloud-based tools and deployment pipelines (e.g., AWS, Docker) Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative setting Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
