Senior MERN Stack Developer

Job Description

We are hiring? Senior MERN Stack Developer ?with 2-4 years of strong? architectural understanding ,? team leadership , and? client communication ?capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, take ownership of architecture and deployment, and play a key role in client interactions and project planning. Technical & Architecture Design scalable and modular architecture for web applications using MERN Stack. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability. Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs and integrations. Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices across the team. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. Manage server infrastructure (Linux, Nginx/Apache, PM2, SSL, MongoDB, etc.) and cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Team & Project Management Lead and mentor a team of MERN developers, provide technical guidance, and support their growth. Plan, assign, and track tasks using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve technical roadblocks. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and other cross-functional teams. Client Interaction & Communication Participate in requirement gathering and technical discussions with clients. Translate client needs into technical specifications. Provide regular updates and demos to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered outcomes. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in? MongoDB ,? Express.js ,? React.js , and? Node.js . Proven experience in designing scalable full-stack applications. In-depth knowledge of Git, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with? Linux server management ,? PM2 ,? Nginx , and? SSL ?setup. Familiarity with? Docker ,? CI/CD tools , and? cloud platforms ?(AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with? TypeScript ,? Next.js , or? GraphQL .
