Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer (Full Stack) Experience Required:3 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Work Location: Chennai Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)with 3 to 5 years of corporate experience to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications end-to-end using the MERN stack and must have strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms. This is a senior-level role with hands-on responsibilities across both frontend and backend systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces with React.js Develop secure and efficient REST APIs and backend services with Node.js Express Architect and optimize MongoDB database schemas and queries for performance Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, story grooming, and retrospectives Lead code reviews and enforce best coding practices and clean architecture Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management Frontend Must-Have Skills: Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Responsive design with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS Backend In-depth knowledge of Node.js, Express.js Experience building REST APIs with authentication authorization (JWT, OAuth) Database Hands-on experience with MongoDB including schema design, indexing, and aggregation DevOps CI/CD Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI Version control with Git and branching strategies Experience with Docker and container-based development Cloud Platforms Must have deployed and maintained applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Methodologies Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with Jira or similar task/project tracking tools Eligibility Criteria Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment using MERN stack Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration abilities This job is provided by Shine.com
