The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of MVC, REST APIs, and databases, and be comfortable working in Agile environments with modern DevOps tools and best coding practices. Key Responsibilities: ? Analytical Problem Solving: Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance product features. ? High-Quality Code & Mentorship: Develop clean, scalable code aligned with best practices, conduct code reviews, and guide junior engineers to ensure technical excellence. ? Robust CI/CD & System Reliability: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health, and swiftly resolve production issues to ensure seamless deployments. ? Database Architecture & Optimization: Design efficient database schemas and write high-performance SQL queries to support scalable and responsive applications. ? Technical Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to architectural planning, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and drive continuous improvements in user experience and engineering practices. Skills we seek: ? Proficient in MERN stack with 3?5 years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ? Strong grasp of MVC, REST APIs, data structures, and relational databases. ? Writes clean, maintainable code with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. ? Familiar with Agile, microservices, Git, VS Code, AWS, CI/CD, and shell scripting.
