Role Description The Senior Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Firozabad, responsible for overseeing product assortments and managing buyer relationships for handcrafted glassware and seasonal décor. This role involves planning and developing collections, coordinating with the design and production teams, and ensuring that products align with market trends and customer requirements. The Senior Merchandiser will prepare and present samples, maintain pricing and order details, and monitor stock levels to support sales targets. Daily tasks include communicating with international clients, following up on orders, reviewing quality standards, and supporting marketing initiatives for new and seasonal collections. The role also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize margins, improve product performance, and strengthen the brand’s presence in key markets.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with buyers and internal teams.
• Proven Sales and Retail experience, preferably in glassware, home décor, or related consumer goods sectors.
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and merchandising strategies to support product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Experience in product development, assortment planning, and inventory management for export or wholesale markets.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to guide merchandising decisions.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proficiency with basic office software and order management tools; familiarity with export documentation is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in a similar senior role is preferred.
