Role Description


We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer (Google & Meta Ads) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

This role is not limited to running ads — it requires a deep understanding of funnels, performance marketing, and scaling campaigns profitably.


The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns while ensuring strong ROI and lead quality.


Day-to-day responsibilities include:


→ Planning & executing Meta and Google ad campaigns

→ Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance for conversions

→ Scaling winning campaigns efficiently

→ Managing ad budgets with a performance-first approach

→ Analyzing data, KPIs, and funnel performance

→ Collaborating with internal teams to drive client growth and results


Qualifications


→ Strong proficiency in Media Planning and Media Buying strategies

→ Solid understanding of Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

→ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

→ Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI

→ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads platforms

→ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

→ Ability to take ownership and drive results independently

→ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred)

→ Minimum 1+ year experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
