Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at our New Delhi location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Lifeyoga’s offerings. They will create impactful content for campaigns, manage social media platforms, oversee brand communication, and plan events that enhance community engagement. Additional responsibilities include analysing market trends, building partnerships, managing budgets, and leading a team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strategies to ensure brand awareness and brand image.
  • Strategise and plan campaigns.
  • Explore strategic brand collaborations and develop them.
  • Build brand through content strategies on Social Media.
  • Build brand through Media and PR activations.
  • Market new business division and create strategies and frameworks to push viability.
  • Create Marketing AOP for the year and follow through.
  • Review the growth of the brand on social media through regular assessments.
  • Build a strategy for performance marketing and review the ROI on ads through regular assessments


Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital campaigns
  • Strong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Branding
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Trend Research, and Performance Metrics
  • Event Planning and Public Relations expertise
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with wellness and lifestyle industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
