About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Byepo Technologies. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, manage cross-functional marketing teams, and align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities include designing and executing digital and traditional marketing strategies, overseeing content creation, analysing campaign results, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain brand presence is also key to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for healthcare/medical products or services
  

• Lead brand positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market strategies
  

• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, content, and social media
  

• Collaborate with product, sales, and medical teams to ensure aligned messaging
  

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare/medical domain
  

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and patient/customer behaviour
  

• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management
  

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  

• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting tools
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharma, hospitals, health-tech, or medical devices industry
  

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
