Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Training at Startek's Kolkata location. The Senior Manager Training will lead the training function, overseeing curriculum design, delivery, and effectiveness for business processes. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, coordinating with business leaders, managing the training team, measuring training outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The individual will also be responsible for fostering skill development and driving a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Curriculum Design, Facilitation, and Training Program Development Strong leadership skills with experience in Team Management, Coaching, and Mentoring Proficiency in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Learning and Development strategy execution Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of training metrics, evaluation methodologies, and outcome measurement Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders Experience in the BPO or outsourcing sector is advantageous Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
